A. Donna's SHOP4U Antigonish offers personal shopping and delivery for everyday essentials including;
- Grocery shopping
- Pharmacy pickups (prescriptions and over-the-counter items)
- Essential errands (such as household items, personal care products, and basic necessities)
Orders can be requested online, by phone, by text, or by email - whichever is easiest for you
Every order is personally shopped by me, totals are confirmed before payment, and pricing is always clear with no surprise charges
Q. Do you deliver restaurant or fast-food orders?
A.. Restaurant and fast-food delivery is not offered at this time due to insurance requirements. This allows me to keep grocery, pharmacy and essential errand delivery reliable and affordable.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Delivery is $8 for up to 5 km, and $.75 per km after that. Distance is confirmed before checkout, so there are no surprises. This price is for pick-up and delivery only. (shopping is extra)
Q. How much do you charge for shopping?
A. Shopping starts at $5 for 1-5 items. Each additional item adds $5. Pricing is always shared before payment. Quantity is unlimited, 3 of the exact same item is considered 1 item. If you have any questions please contact me online, phone, text, or email.

A. Ordering is simple:
Request your order online, by phone, text, email or private message me.
I review your request and confirm details with you before shopping.
I personally shop your order with care and contact you about substitutions if needed.
Final totals are confirmed with you.
Payment is requested before checkout and delivery (exceptions made cash customers)
Pricing is shared clearly - no surprises.
Q. How many items can I order?
A. You may order as many different items as you need. Each item can be ordered in any quantity (for example, multiple of the same item count as one item, 3 bags of Lay Ketchup Chips 220g is considered 1 item).
Shopping fees start at $5 for 1-5 items, with $5 added for each additional 10 items.
All pricing is shared clearly before payment so you know the total in advance.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Once your order is shopped. I confirm the final total with you. I'll then send you a secure payment link by text or message. Email money transfer are accepted transfer to 902-318-9996.
Payment is requested after totals are confirmed and before checkout and delivery. This helps ensure accurate pricing and protects both you and the service.
Exceptions are made for cash customers.
Q. Is there anything I need to prepare for delivery?
A. For everyone's safety, please ensure pets are secured during delivery. Driveways, walkways, and entrances should be clear and accessible, especially in winter.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, road, or driveway conditions.
